How it works
This program is designed to help pre-diabetics understand how lifestyle choices impact blood sugar levels and what can be done to stabilise and reduce them.
By using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) for one month, you will gain invaluable, objective insights on the impacts of your diet, exercise, and sleep.

Once the data is gathered, it's time to personalise your plan, with a view on long term, sustainable change.

Complete your onboarding quiz to set your preferences and health goals

Apply and wear your continuous glucose monitor for 4 weeks
Use the insights from the data collection and suggestions to tailor your plan
Refine, consolidate, and adjust your health goals where necessary
Gather your baseline data by taking a blood test and DEXA scan (optional)
Have 2 x 30 minute calls to help you understand your CGM data
Start working on behaviour change through evidence based strategies
Take additional blood test and DEXA scan to compare to baseline (optional)
